LOCATION: Exclusive Villa Richi on the island Ciovo

Unique luxury Villa Richi is located on the island of Čiovo, only 25-minute drive by car from Split Airport. 

Villa Richi is spread over 980 m2 of living space and has three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and terrace, dining room, living room with fireplace, spa area with hammam, Russian sauna, small indoor pool and bathroom. Also, on the ground floor there is a large dressing room, laundry room, wine cellar, pool table area and a space with technical equipment and a garage for two cars.

On the first floor there is a beautifully furnished kitchen-dining room, living room with fireplace, private bathroom, and a large terrace connected to the barbecue area. Beside the barbecue there is an outdoor kitchen with a large wooden table.

On the second floor is a bedroom with a large bathroom and walk-in closets. Two children's rooms with their own bathroom, and walk-in closets.

Within Richi Villa there is also a apartment for staff with separate entrance, one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The total area of ​​the villa Richi is 980 m2, while the total area of ​​land approximately 1500 m2.

In front of the house is a heated outdoor pool, a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. The garden is cultivated and decorated with various fruit trees, palms, and has an automatic irrigation system.

The villa has central heating and climate heating system, internet, solar panels, video surveillance system (smart house).

The whole house is covered in well-known Brac stone, the floors are coated in teak or high quality ceramics and have underfloor heating.
